Migrating mailboxes "directly" to Office365 will not work. "Do you recommend to migrate mailboxes to Office 365 in Godaddy or move to another vendor (i.e: Microsoft?" You're right about their service though, that's why it's important (if you make this choice), to become self sufficient. So that recommendation gets my vote as well. However, Office365 has real good uptime and I have known it to be a pretty straight forward service. If you ask the right person, they will say GoDaddy is reliable.

"It's recommended to move to Office 365 if we want a reliable service able to provide colaboration (like exchange) and full integration between mail client (Outlook) and smartphones (Android & Iphone)?"Įveryone will have their own recommendations on what is "reliable". Mail migrations are always tricky, especially if you move from one carrier to the other. Note: we have about 3 different clients with the same issues! We don't have issues if we have limited space (i.e: 1GB x mailbox).
